Preparing for your Spa 223 Experience
A few frequently asked questions and special considerations are addressed here. If you have a question that is not addressed, please call us or ask upon your arrival. It is our pleasure to assist you.
- Upon Arrival - As a first time guest please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. You will be provided with a small amount of paperwork that will help us to tailor your treatments to specifically meet your needs.
- You may wish to have a list of current medications taken or ask your physician if a specific treatment is appropriate (for example: if you are pregnant - high temperatures and steam are not appropriate).
- If you are getting a massage or body treatments feel free to bring and wear a bathing suit. Our guests are always kept modestly covered in a sheet or towel during massages and body treatments. Guests are encouraged to bring and wear a bathing suit if further modesty is desired. Nudity is never required.
- Male guests are asked to bring and wear a bathing suit for all water treatments (Vichy shower and body treatments) and are expected to wear undergarments for all massages and treatments.
- Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated. You may leave gratuity in cash, credit card, gift certificate or check. Guests may leave gratuity in person, or leave gratuity or suggestions with the front desk staff.
