Upon Arrival

As a first time guest, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be provided with a small amount of paper work, that will help us to tailor your treatments to specifically meet your needs.



You may wish to have a list of current medications you are taking, or ask your physician if a specific treatment is appropriate for you.



Gratuities are never required, but always appreciated. You may tip in cash, credit card, gift certificate, or check. Guests may tip in person, or leave gratuity or suggestions with the front desk staff.


Cell Phone Use

To ensure that all guests receive a time of complete relaxation while at the spa, we ask that you refrain from cell phone use during your visit. We are happy to monitor your phone for you, if you choose.






Gift cards are available in any denomination or for any service or package. Gift cards can be purchased in person, on line or by phone. They are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. All Spa 223 gift cards may be used towards any service or products we offer. Prices are subject to change at any time. If the service prices have changed since the purchase of the card, the card is worth the value of the purchase price. We can gift wrap your gift cards or are happy to mail them to either you or the recipient.




We respectfully ask that you give the Spa at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. 50% of the individual treatment or package will be charged for notice less than 24 hours and 100% will be charged for failure to show without notice. We also ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. It is important that your reserved time is completed as scheduled. If you do arrive late, we may have to adjust your treatment and the full amount will be charged.
